Trish DeAnda

Chief Financial Officer

Trish DeAnda is an experienced COO and CFO who has built a successful career of devising the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap vital to building operations, systems, and infrastructure from scratch, turning around lackluster performance, and spurring growth. As such, she has created tremendous value across diverse functions spanning both the corporate and nonprofit environments.

Recognized by her peers as someone who holds both the big picture and the on-the-ground details together in the same perspective, Trish DeAnda excels at driving results by crafting long-term vision, executing work plans with precision, leading strategic change, streamlining workflow, and developing innovative programs and offerings. In 2023, she earned The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s CFO of the Year Award.

At MCCD, Trish oversees the finances and operations of the organization, including MCCD’s lending program. DeAnda earned an MBA degree from Elmhurst College, where she also completed her undergraduate degree. Concurrent to her work at The Resurrection Project and Packaging Corporation of America, she served as adjunct professor and mentor in Elmhurst College’s Business Department. She also was advisor to the Executives in Residence program and director of the Elmhurst College Alumni Association. Outside of work, Trish loves gardening, being outside, her dog, and using my homegrown herbs and essential oils to create apothecary items for herself, family and friends.
