His career includes serving as a Production Manager in both nonprofit and for-profit housing sectors, where he passionately worked to support people of color and low- to moderate-income families in achieving financial stability and readiness. Guided by his personal mantra, “People over profits,” Howard remains committed to fostering opportunities for underserved communities.
