Leakhena is a country manager at Support Her Enterprise (SHE investments.) She specializes in building gender-responsive systems with the cultural tailor in the micro, small, and medium (MSME) women-led businesses in specific industries in developing countries. She has over 7 years and demonstrated experience in leading programs, impact investments, research and development, program and social investments evaluation, community development, youth engagement, and policy analysis for the community’s economic growth. Leakhena is a co-founder of the Wefarm organization to strengthen agritourism, digital farming, and youth engagement in Cambodia.
