Chipo is a Loan Specialist Associate and works on the front-end of loan servicing; making sure that both internal and external queries from clients about their loans are answered and taken care of in a timely & professional manner. Chipo has been working in loan servicing for more than 3 years now. In her spare time, she likes to bake. She is originally from Zambia, a country in South-Central Africa, home to one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World – The Mighty Victora Falls!  While Zambia has over 70 dialects/languages, Chipo speaks 3 fluently – Tonga/Nyanja & Bemba!
