Cindy manages MCCD’s small business loan portfolio, serves on African Development Center’s & SPEDCO’s Loan Committees, NE UMC’s Board, and is a regular community meal volunteer. She works to improve capital access for new and existing neighborhood-based small businesses.  Previously a VP in commercial lending at a local community bank, helping small businesses access the money they need to grow, create jobs, and build wealth has been Cindy’s passion for over 25 years.  Away from work you’d likely find her gardening, making stuff [arty type] or playing with her 4 footed friends.
