Eva Goldfarb
Eva Goldfarb, Government Affairs Coordinator at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, drives the organization's advocacy for affordable homeownership and racial equity. Leveraging grassroots support and engaging stakeholders, she promotes policies and funding at all levels of government. With experience in government and nonprofit sectors, and holding dual degrees in political science and urban studies, Eva is dedicated to empowering communities through housing. Outside of work, she enjoys art, outdoor activities, and traveling.
Fernanda De La Torre
Fernanda (she/her/ella) is the new Manager of the Down Payment Assistance Program. She holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development, with a thesis on "Urban Heat Islands: Modern Day Environmental Redlining" focusing on St. Paul, Minnesota. With experience in refugee resettlement, immigration, and research, Fernanda is passionate about community empowerment. Fluent in Spanish, she volunteers with BIPOC youth in snowboarding and serves as a Board Member for HOURCAR, a St. Paul nonprofit focusing on equitable transportation.
Andy Vue
Andy Vue has a dual degree in International Relations and Political Science from St. Cloud State. With that, he has hands on experience working in international emergency management and crisis mitigation. After college, he worked in refugee resettlement with AmeriCorp. Moved on to his current role of community engagement and organizing. In his free time, he sits on a nonprofit board and his city's human rights advisory council. He is also on a planning team for a grassroots movement/org to foster healthy Hmong Boys development. The first of its kind in the US.
Kenny Niemeyer
Kenny Niemeyer, Housing Development Specialist for the City of Bloomington, discovered his passion for affordable housing and community development during an AmeriCorps service term with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. After earning his Master's in Urban & Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, Kenny coordinated housing programs for the City of Plymouth. Now focusing on affordable housing development and preservation, he serves the City of Bloomington Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Port Authority.
Rachel Wittkopp
Rachel has a Master of Public Policy degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender Studies. She currently works for the Minnesota Department of Health as a Health Economics Researcher. She has experience working across sectors, specifically AmeriCorps, local nonprofits, and in a corporate environment. She strives to bring together her academic experiences to put policy into practice and build a more equitable and just future for all.
Katlyn Flannery
Katlyn is a Housing Development Associate at CommonBond Communities, where she supports all phases of development projects. With over a decade of design experience in architecture firms and six years in project management at the University of Minnesota, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Katlyn holds dual Master's degrees in Public Health and Urban and Regional Planning, along with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minor in Sustainable Studies, all from the University of Minnesota.
Danna Ortiz
Danna Ortiz is about to graduate and earn her Business Associate degree. Last summer, she started working with Ambar Larsen as her Director of Operations. She helps her with some of her realtor transactions and with customer service.
Steven Stinson
Steven, a Loan Officer at TCHFH Lending, Inc., fosters relationships with Agents/Brokers via Realtor Connect social networks. With a background at Wells Fargo as a Home Mortgage Consultant, he brings diverse skills and a commitment to equitable communities. Steven's experience includes small business ownership, outreach in local politics, and managing a city council campaign in Minneapolis. Throughout his endeavors, community remains his focus. He eagerly anticipates forming connections with potential homebuyers and collaborating with Realtors to fulfill families' homeownership dreams.
Pablo Lituma
Pablo Lituma, a first-generation Ecuadorian-American with roots in New York, pursued his passion for community and real estate development by earning undergraduate degrees in Architecture in New York and dual Master's degrees in Architecture and Community and Regional Planning from The University of New Mexico. As part of the Rafala Green Fellowship at Artspace, he now serves as a Project Manager in the Properties department and Program Manager for the Pathways program, providing technical capacity development to community organizations. With professional experience in architecture, Facility Master Planning, and Affordable Housing development, Pablo aims to uplift marginalized communities through his work.

Moriah Baltz
Moriah’s focus on affordable housing began during her undergrad degree in architecture when she pursued a minor in housing studies and centered her research projects around community centered design and the effects urban development has on housing. Since then, she has worked in the homebuilding department at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity as a construction volunteer facilitator and project manager.
Claire Milldrum
Ever since her undergraduate career, Claire has been focused on connecting people to the resources they need. From libraries, tech implementation, credit building loans to public webinars, Claire ensures that communities have the access and opportunity to the answers and support they need to thrive. Most recently at Credit Builders Alliance, Claire is now focusing on developing the curriculum and experience for marginalized genders to adventure cycle and her next steps in her career in economic development.

Daneika Glenn is an Artist, Certified Wayfinder Life Coach, ICF Accredited Life Coach, author of the digital journaling course, The Woman You Were Always Meant To Be, co-author of #1 Amazon hot new release, Shout It From The Rooftops: Powerful Stories That Transform Lives, and the creator of Learning2fly.org. She is on a mission to help women feel more confident by teaching them creative tools to heal, inspire, and empower their lives.
Ryana Holt
Ryana, with Hope Community since 2020, serves as Manager for Internal Teams and Community Engagement. She oversees administrative processes for Community Engagement programs, focusing on budgeting, program evaluations, and project management. Known as "the glue" or "mycelium" of the organization, Ryana connects strategic goals with departmental needs, fostering collaboration and capacity building. Drawing from her background in math and English at St. Olaf College, as well as experience with human rights and popular education organizations in Mexico and Chile, she brings a deep understanding of community engagement processes to her role. You'll often find her supporting Hope events, where she enjoys seeing her colleagues shine.
