In her role as Loan Operations Manager, Chipo not only works on the front-end of Loan Servicing; she also oversees the Credit Builder Loan Program. A program that directly, tangibly, and positively impacts the lives of people in the communities we serve.
Prior to joining the team at MCCD, Chipo worked as a Loan Servicing Specialist at Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF) for 3 years where she also served on the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Chipo holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Metropolitan State University and a Master of Managerial Logistics from North Dakota State University.
Chipo was born and raised in Zambia, a country in Southern Africa and home to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, The Victoria Falls; locally known as Mosi-oa-Tunya (The Smoke that Thunders).
