What does it take to build a meaningful career and grow as a leader in community development?
This session will explore different approaches to leadership, navigating moments of uncertainty, and growing into leadership roles.
This mentor-led panel will give ELCD participants an opportunity to hear candid stories from experienced leaders about how they entered the field, developed their leadership style, navigated moments of uncertainty, and built careers in community development. Panelists will reflect on the people, experiences, skills, and relationships that helped shape their careers, while sharing lessons they wish they had known earlier in their professional journeys.
