MCCD has been hosting weekly member conversations to discuss primary concerns as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves. These calls include updates on local, state, and federal resources and policy changes, as well as opporunities to engage in advocacy efforts. Here, you'll find topic overviews and notes. May 20: Hennepin County Commissioner Angela Conley and Ramsey County Commissioner Trista MatasCastillo give updates on County COVID response, programs and resources. Topics include: increased need for sheltering people experiencing homelessness, the role hotels, property tax abatement, and engaging other Commission board members. Notes here.
